World Engineering Consultants, Inc. (WEC) has provided design and consultancy services in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering field to clients not only in Japan but also in Middle East and Asia Pacific countries.
Since our establishment in 1973, a significant proportion of the company’s work is structural engineering for buildings in steel, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete. The company has close associations with a number of architectural practices and, as a result, a diverse range of projects is undertaken. Design works uses the latest IT tools and is based on international codes and standards such as American, British, German, Japanese, French, Australian, Russian and Chinese.
Our firm blends personal service with a modern outlook towards computer-aided design and drafting. The design and drafting work is continually checked at each stage in the progress of the projects so that the final product is a complete one and changes are minimized.
For more than 30 years, WEC professional engineers and architects have provided clients with cost-effective design solutions on over 800 projects throughout the world which gives us adequate background for creative design, engineering skills and the competent leadership for successful projects.
At WEC, we make a point of understanding our client’s needs. We work closely with them, finding innovative solutions to the most complex design problems and always with a desire to achieve an efficient and cost effective outcome. Whether the client has engineering expertise that requires merely to be supplemented by consulting engineering services, or whether the client seeks fill technical assistance, we are always ready to discuss the needs of the project and to provide whatever services are necessary.
Clients of the practice include petroleum industries, LNG, manufacturing industry, industrial and commercial projects and individual private clients.
We maintain a policy of each project being under the personal control of a Principal who works closely with the project team. The Principal is then always informed and readily available for consultation on project details and is responsible for the Co-ordination.
